Snow Falling On Hops

We’re in the middle of one of those rare winter events for the Wigrich Appellation – enough snow to cover the farm with a blanket of white – and cold enough for it to stick around for a couple of days. The forecast says we can expect more snow and ice Friday night and Saturday. If you’re thinking of coming out this weekend please call beforehand to 503-838-9813 to make sure we’re open.

Meanwhile, we’re enjoying the elegant beauty of the farm in snow. We hope like these photos as much as we do.

Please come join us at the farm this winter as we begin preparations for growing this year’s crop of beer and spirits. We’re open Wednesday -Sunday this time of year. But when the weather looks iffy, please call ahead of time at 503-838-9813 to check on possible last minute changes to our schedule.
